Situated over 2 sprawling blocks with uninterrupted ocean views, Tulka House is a true homestead retreat inside and out. Equipped with multiple bedrooms, living areas, entertainer’s kitchen and stunning alfresco area, the fully landscaped gardens come with its own Bocce court to help pass the time – as the sun sets on your relaxing days. Tulka magically overlooks Proper Bay with stunning views across to the Lincoln National Park.
Tulka House accommodates a maximum of 14 guests in 4 spacious bedrooms, including ‘The Loft’, together with an additional pull-out sofa in the media room. The main bedroom features a king bed, TV, private ensuite with double shower and bath overlooking Proper Bay and Port Lincoln National Park.
For couples, ‘The Loft’ can be booked on its own, providing you with the full Tulka experience minus access to the inside ground floor of the home.
Tulka House is designed to immerse you in nature. The sea, the sand, the serenity. There are trails to walk, 4WD tracks to explore, beaches to swim and then unwind with the very best that Tulka House has to offer.
